I have done close to nothing on the vintage computer hobby since summer started, by I did buy three Commodore 1702 monitors for $100 last month. They all seem to work when I tested them for 10 seconds. I am sure some need some caps, cleaning, or other repair to make them 100%. Probably a bit much to now have four 1702 monitors but last winter I bought two C128 and a C64 with no cords or anything else for $50. I have a pile of disk drives and other things. I think I can spend some time next winter making a few nice fully C128 / C64 systems (computer, monitor, disk drive) and see if I can both clean up my pile of stuff and get my $100 or so back I will have invested in each system once I get them as good as new. Ending up with just the best system left for myself. I don't do Ebay sales (only ever bought) so it might be an issue to sell systems locally but will see. Attachments:

They look pretty good. I picked up a couple of 1702's a while ago that passed the 10 second smoke test, but they need some serious cleaning.
I don't think you'll have trouble finding homes for them, if you decide to pass them on to someone else.
