I usually replace all the electrolytic on my old computers, especially if it is one I want to keep. Sometimes it just prevents future failures, but I found for things like monitors it actually makes them work as good as new again.
My process for years would be figure out the specs and lead spacing on all the caps, find them on Digikey and order them. Yesterday I found a company called “Console5”. They have cap kits and instruction for Commodore and most other vintage computers and peripherals, including some belts for disk drives.
I was surprised at the low cost so I ordered four different kits and a belt for $30.

Ok, that site is brilliant !
I've wandering through it for half an hour already. Pretty safe bet they'll be getting some business from me.

Got my caps, belt and connector from Console1, quite happy with the deal and the documentation they provide on their Website. Took about a week USPS and I did not get hit with customs.
